of Using mage88

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and the mage88 platform ("Platform"). • Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, applicable to all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.

• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM100, and the required wagering total is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The mage88 VIP loyalty programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate, from up to 0.2% at Bronze level up to 1.2% at Diamond level. Tier progression depends on the member's overall betting activity.

As a mage88 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Opening or using more than one account on the same platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technical method to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Coordinating with other members to exploit promotions or move funds as part of a scheme.
• Providing false personal information or using another person's identity.
• Carrying out any action that could be considered an attempt at money laundering through this platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of evading regional restrictions.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses in the account, and legal action where fraud or financial crime is involved.

Members are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their respective accounts. To protect your account security:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.

mage88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system failures beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage to data resulting from unforeseen events such as network outages.
• Betting or gaming outcomes resulting from the member's own actions.
• Actions by third parties that cause disruption to the platform's services.

All betting activity carries financial risk that is borne entirely by the member. mage88 encourages all members to make betting decisions responsibly and within their own financial means.

Members have the right to close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before account closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

mage88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
